Designed by Denis Barker, its beauty has been compared to that of Augusta and the challenges that may be found here have been the downfall of many players during the Sunshine Tour one of the original proprietors of Selborne Golf Estate, Hotel and Spa, the challenge is from the first tee on wards, providing a real contest for golfers of every ability. Water is a prominent feature on the majority of the holes.

Mount Edgecombe Country Club is neatly tucked away in the rolling hills of KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. Plus, inland of Umhlanga Rocks it boasts two unique championship courses, designed around the natural lie and habitat of the land.

The golf course layout has been masterfully planned by the DDV Design Group. This includes 9 holes and 18 tee variations. The course was opened on the 7 March 2013 and the facilities include a clubhouse, pro shop, driving range and academy.

Cotswold Downs boasts one of South Africa’s finest and most impeccably manicured golf courses. Designed by Peter Matkovich to USGA specifications, this magnificent 18-hole championship parklands type course blends seamlessly with its surrounds, and features bent grass greens, undulating fairways and outstanding natural water features. A mixture of cool season and summer grasses allows the course to be lush all year round.

Being an eco-conscious golf course and estate, Zimbali’s tee boxes are often situated in slightly tricky positions to avoid environmental disturbances. The first eleven holes take you over rolling hills, which present ideal vantage points from which to enjoy the magnificent views. Thereafter, holes twelve to eighteen explore the Zimbali indigenous forest.

The course was reopened after an upgrade in April 2007, having been remodelled by Golf Data, one of South Africa’s leading golf course design and construction companies. The upgrade included the total reshaping and reconstruction, to USGA specification, of all the greens which were planted with Bent grass Penn A1. Extensive storage dams were added creating, impressive and attractive waterholes.

Camelot Golf Course comprises 9 holes each with 2 tee boxes situated in the heart of Hillcrest. There are two pin-positions on the Par 3’s: white flag – front 9; Red flag – Back 9<br /> Pub and snack bar (Halfway House) on site.
